 Dr. Dale Heffernan

In 1986, God brought Pastor Dale Heffernan and his wife, Jody, to Wichita to plant a church. Midland Baptist Church was able to meet in a school and then to build an attractive facility on our present location. In 2004, Pastor Heffernan received his doctoral degree in church ministries. His belief in the inspiration of the Bible causes his preaching to dig deep into the Word of God and can be practically applied to our daily lives. Pastor Heffernan and Jody have four children who are all very active in the work of the ministry.
 Pastor Chris Nissley
Youth / Music Pastor
Pastor Chris Nissley and his wife, Marie, moved to Wichita in 2007 to work with the youth and music ministries. They are excited to be a part of this growing church and to assist parents as they seek to raise their young people to love and serve God. His energetic style and passion for teens has added to both the music and youth departments. Pastor Chris and Marie have three young children who love to participate in the nursery and children's ministries.
